| Viewing Trips -
Terms and Conditions |
|
- Our Associates in Spain only provide viewing trips to
financially qualified individuals. If multiple decision
makers are required to make a decision, both must attend.
- Our Associates in Spain will reimburse up to £100
per person (maximum 2) only on the purchase of a property.
Clients must book and pay for their own flights. Reimbursement
will require the necessary banking account details to be
completed and sent to our associates in Spain for refunds
to be accomplished.
- The reimbursement of up to £200, will only be paid,
once the developer has received a minimum 20% deposit, towards
the property purchased. Once this has been received, reimbursement,
will be processed..
- Our Associates in Spain, depending on the tour chosen,
will pay for two to three nights in a 4* Hotel in Spain.
If other accommodations are preferred it will be at client
expense. The offer applies for up to 2 people.
- Our Associates in Spain will pay for ground transportation
from the Spanish Airport and taken to their hotel. Passports
are required.
- Clients must pay the initial refundable holding deposits
prior to the visit. After seeing the properties and communicating
a willingness to buy the holding deposit is fully applied
toward the full deposit.
- The viewing trip is only being offered to first time participants,
and will not be available on an on-going basis, or repeat
trips.
- Missed appointments will not be eligible for reimbursement
of plane fares.
- Meals are not included, unless specified prior to your
departure by one of our sales consultants in writing, depending
on the tour chosen.
- Transportation is only included if being picked up from
the local Spanish Airport to your chosen tour. All other
transportation from any other airports, are at the clients
own expense.
- Our company and that of our associates in Spain, reserve
the right to charge you the accomodation or not pay for
your accomodation, if we feel in our opinion, you are not
a serious purchaser and are not in a position to purchase
a property, should one be found that suit your budget and
requirements.
- These viewing trips are heavily subsidised on the basis
that we hope a suitable property can be found, from the
vast selection we have available. They are not to be seen
as simply a short break to have a look around the area.
We can organise staff to take you round the area on a pay
per day basis, if you simply wish to have a tour around
the Spanish coastline and not look at any properties.
